E/R: Tourism Authority Showed Love To Patients & Front Line Workers At Koforidua Regional Hospital

As part of the Chocolate day, the Eastern Regional Tourism Authority has gone to the Eastern Regional Hospital also known as Central Hospital.

The purpose of their visit was to show love to the patients as well as the front-line workers at the hospital pray with them and encourage them.

Also, 400 pieces of Chocolates were also shared with them to mark the day as a love day.

Speaking to Michael Akrofi was the Acting principal Resource Officer, Madam Bertha N. Appeynarh explained why the Central hospital and also the impact the visit would have on the patients.

She explained that the national chocolate day is intended to boost the domestic consumption of made in Ghana cocoa base products and chocolate.

And the line to promote domestic tourism and give a healthy orientation to celebration and recognition of valentine's day.

The Authority again uses the opportunity to again advise the Ghanaian public to stay home. And also adhere to the safety protocols as been directed by health professionals

The Critical director for the facility and Senior Surgeon Dr. Foster Amponsah Manu on behalf of management and the patients expressed gratitude to the Ghana Tourism Authority in the Eastern Region.

Also advised the public not to give chances in this COVID-19 Era.

The Public must strictly adhere to the safety protocols as the figures keep going up in the hospital.
