Golden Globes 2021: Full List of winners

The Golden Globes 2021 were hosted, once again, by Amy Poehler and Tina Fey. But that’s just about the only thing about this year’s ceremony that resembled the Globes of years past. The pandemic forced the Golden Globes to shake things up, broadcasting the event simultaneously from both New York and Los Angeles, and asking winners to deliver their speeches virtually. As usual, though, the night contained its share of both predictable events and left-field wins. It’s comforting to know that some things don’t change.

Going into the ceremony, Mank was the most nominated film overall, with six nods. But David Fincher’s complex look at Old Hollywood wound up walking away empty-handed, bested in the drama categories by Chloé Zhao’s Nomandland—which won best drama as well as best director. (Fun fact: This made Zhao only the second woman to win that award in Globes history; the first was Barbra Streisand, for Yentl.)
