The 37-year-old Noah was in a relationship with model Jordyn Taylor between 2015 and 2018, according to ET, while Kelly, 40, has been in relationships with longtime Yankees captain Derek Jeter and actor Jesse Williams.
Neither Noah nor Kelly have confirmed the reported breakup.
