I Love Teaching But The Salary Is Too Bad - Kissi Agyebeng On Why He Stopped Lecturing

He loves teaching and was once a lecturer at the University of Ghana, Legon but along the way he stopped.

Teachers are often told their reward is in Heaven; however, Kissi Agyebeng suggests he can't focus on that and go hungry.

Special Prosecutor, Kissi Agyebeng during a one-on-one interview with Kwami Sefa-Kayi on Peace FM's morning show 'Kokrokoo', says he stopped teaching because "the money was too small".

“Even though I love teaching the salary was so bad . . . If they had paid us well I would have stayed in the classroom to teach. We all know teachers are not well paid and the same thing applied to lecturers. What is the use of doing what you love and going hungry at the same time? You can't even buy a bicycle; so I can't stay at Legon and go hungry".
