A former Pastor of Resurrection Power and Living Bread Ministry Pastor Paul Anane has taken legal action at the High Court (General Jurisdiction) against Most Rev Akwesi Asare Bediako and the registered trustees of resurrection power and living bread ministries international to court alleging emotional, psychological abuse and economic exploitation.

Pastor Paul Anane is seeking the following reliefs from the court, an order compelling the defendants to produce an audited account to back their allegation against him over alleged financial embezzlement.

He is praying the court to order the archbishop to restore the credentials of the Pastor unconstitutionally withdrawn and further order them to settle any debt of money owed him.
