Having Sex In a Car Is a ‘Criminal Offence’ - Lawyer Maurice Ampaw Cautions

Lawyer Maurice Ampaw has warned people to desist from having sex in cars.

According to him, one can be arrested for engaging in a sexual intercourse in a vehicle in Ghana.

He described it as an indecent act stressing every person has a right but the right goes with responsibility.

Educating the public while discussing the recent Akuapem Poloo’s case of returning to prison following a High Court ruling, lawyer Maurice Ampaw stated that a person caught in the act of sex in a car commits a “criminal offence”.

He disclosed this during Saturday’s 'UNITED SHOWBIZ' on UTV with Nana Ama Mcbrown.
