UEFA have confirmed Tottenham have been kicked out of the Europa Conference League after having to forfeit their postponed clash with Rennes 3-0.

The match, slated for December 9, between the sides was cancelled when Spurs produced a number of positive Covid cases.

Tottenham were left with an anxious wait to see if the game could be replayed but UEFA's Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body ruled Antonio Conte's side must forfeit the tie and be eliminated from the competition.
