Press Conference To Announce Squad For World Cup Waste Of Time - Songo
Ghana coach Otto Addo on Monday announced his 26-man squad for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar at a press conference in Accra.
Ghana becomes the last team in Group H to announce its squad after opponents Portugal, Uruguay and South Korea released their final list last week.
The Black Stars will face Portugal on November 24, and later take on South Korea and Uruguay in the final group game on December 2.
Sports Journalist, Patrick Osei-Agyeman, popularly known as Countryman Songo has described the Presser as a "waste of time" and questioned why a lot of people were not given the opportunity to ask questions.
"The press conference was a waste of time. How many people were able to ask questions? Everything was done in a rush. You've come out with your list; so it is important that you allow people to ask questions," he stated on Peace FM's morning show 'Kokrokoo'
He further accused the "FA president of hijacking the Press Conference".
