A fight has broken out among delegates of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) at Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai where voting to elect their Presidential and Parliamentary candidates was held.
The delegates, according to reports, had a fierce misunderstanding alleging that there is over-voting at the center, resulting in a scuffle.
