‘The Hills Are Here’ – Lakeside Estate Introduces Lakeside Hills With Amazing Views
Real estate giant, Lakeside Estate's new affordable housing project named ‘Lakeside Hills’ has come to improve Ghana’s housing situation and provide relief to the average Ghanaian.

Speaking at the launch, the Managing Director of Lakeside Estate, Dr Prince-Joseph Ayiku said Lakeside Estate's aim is to provide luxurious yet affordable homes to people in the country.

This security setup is further enhanced by the presence of our 24-hour on-ground security personnel, who oversee every corner of the estate. In addition to these measures, Lakeside Estate has also constructed two police stations, one in Community 4 and the other in Community 8, both of which are in close proximity to Lakeside Hills.

Lakeside Hills is a new lifestyle community developed by Lakeside Estate for a comfortable living experience for families and individuals who wish to spend time in a confined community.
The Hills Project is over 5,000 homes comprising various clusters of estates. The first phase will cover 200 homes specifically the 4 bedrooms storey orca house.
Phase 2 comprises the 2 bedrooms and the three (3) bedrooms and the new design projects by Lakeside Estate.
