A BORED teen has provoked fury after he PEGGED his puppy to a washing line and posted snaps of it on Facebook. Scores of outraged animal lovers have sent the teenager hate messages after seeing the sick stunt.
Now Filipino Jerzon Senador is likely to face animal cruelty charges.
He suspended the struggling puppy from the skin on its back before taking photographs from different angles. But after he was swamped with angry messages from animal lovers, he took the cruel pictures down and wrote a public apology. More than 3,000 Facebook users have joined a campaign group � Jerzon Senador the Animal Abuser � calling for him to be prosecuted.
