Bring Your Visions And Aspirations For Interrogation - Prof Tells Mahama, Others

Prof. Smart Sarpong has admonished presidential aspirants who haven't yet disclosed their visions and aspirations to do so.

The Director of the Institute of Research Innovation and Development, analyzing Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia's delivery on his vision at UPSA on Wednesday, February 7, asked the other aspirants to stop delaying their vision statements.

He noted the aspirants, both independent and those leading political parties like former John Dramani Mahama of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), need to tell Ghanaians their policies to guide them in making the right decision.

"Bring your visions. Bring your aspirations...We are waiting for you. Bring your documents for us to interrogate them. Whether it is detailed like Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia's or not, it is still your vision. Pen it down and let us compare and contrast and we will do the discussion dispassionately for the voters to take decisions that will help Ghana", he said on Peace FM's morning show "Kokrokoo".

Prof. Smart Sarpong lauded Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, Vice President and flagbearer of the governing New Patriotic Party, over his policies that he intends to implement should he become President, however, to him, there were some portions he could have done a better job.
