18Plus4NDC Shuts Down Ayi Mensah-Peduase Road With 24-hour Economy Health Walk

The founder and leader of the dynamic NDC youth group, 18Plus4NDC, Miss Bridget Bonnie and her team pulled a massive crowd to the Aburi Hills on Saturday, 24th February, 2024 as part of their advocacy for the 24-hour policy proposal by the leader and flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

The organizer of the walk, Miss Bridget Bonnie stated the purpose of the walk as an advocacy drive to propagate the 24-hour economic policy proposal of H.E John Dramani Mahama and the NDC to potential voters.

Adding the policy is indeed the game-changer for the youth of Ghana as it seeks to provide quality and sustainable employment for everyone, she stated her group, the 18Plus4NDC, is primarily a youth-based group with first-time voters as their primary target.

Hence, such policies with youth employment opportunities are good news for them and they gladly support it.

The walk was graced by some prominent political functionaries including the Deputy Communications Director of the NDC, Obuobia Darko-Opoku, Member of Parliament for Madina Hon. Francis-Xavier Sosu, Deputy National Organizer Elikem Kotoko, Director of Legal, and Lawyer Edudzi Tamakloe.

Also in attendance were Deputy National Communication Officer, Mr. Godwin Ako Gunn, Eastern Regional Women Organizer, Shirley Naana Osei Ampem, Deputy Director of IT, Mr. Yayra Koku, Deputy Director of Protocol and Logistics, Miss Amanda Okyere, former parliamentary aspirant of Keta Kojo Jones, Sharaf Mahama, radio sensation and fashion enthusiast, Mr. Kofi Okyere Darko, and a host of other influential personalities.

18Plus4NDC will continue its advocacy drive in other Regions in the coming weeks.
