It was a night of unforgettable fun at the country�s leading nightclub, Aphrodisiac Night Club, when an eviction party was hosted by Multichoice to officially welcome home one of Ghana�s representatives in the on-going Big Brother Amplified reality show,
Confidence Haugen.
The eviction party kicked off at 12:30am with DJ Nii Aryee�s careful selection of suitable party music steadily increasing in tempo. As at 2am, every available space in the night club was occupied by patrons who visited the club to witness the eviction bash. Virtually every available space in the club and its immediate environs, stretching onto the main roads leading to Accra, Airport and Dzorwulu Junction, was occupied with cars of celebrities and four wheels drives and other expensive cars of patrons, which made it clear that it was not just a party, but a gig for celebrities.
The atmosphere was charged with interesting mixes from various DJs like Nii Ayi Tagoe, DJ Mensah and a few other guests till the event came to a close. DJ Ice, who later took over from Nii also showed his dexterity with the turntables. He took fans on a journey into the recent past; entertaining them with a good number of old hit songs. It was obvious the ladies who attended the party were having the time of their lives as they danced non-stop, winding and grinding their waists, thus attracting a number of young guys to the dance floor. Even though the night club was parked as at 1:15 am on Sunday morning, there were still hundreds of people outside struggling to get in. it was a night of stars and celebrities. Indeed, it was a huge and expensive party.
There was constant flow of expensive wines of all colours and taste from UK. Germany, Australia and South Africa, countless cartons of vodka, whisky, brandy, rum, gin, Irish cream and other drinks as well. Some of the showbiz gurus who were there to face the occasion included Bola Ray, Ann Sackey, Kofi Adjorlolo, Nadia Buari, Kwaw Kese, D Cryme, KOD, Michael Essien and host of others. Whilst fans were busy dancing, DJ Mensah announced the presence of Confidence Haugen at the Club at at about 2:30am. She spent some time to interact with her fans and loved ones and also provided opportunities for them to take photographs with her.
