After the supposed �Ghana in prophecy� conference by some �prophets� failed to yield the needed results to shore up support for President John Evans Atta Mills, yet another �prophet�, Emmanuel Kankam Kwaku Atta Kakra, has emerged with a new revelation.
He claims God has ordained President Mills to rule, not only Ghana for a second term, but the entire world till eternity, whilst discrediting the candidature of former First Lady Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings, who is contesting Mills for the flagbearership position of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), and the presidential candidate of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
His prophecy comes days after one Reverend Eli Lumor and a handful of men of God organised a government-sponsored prophecy conference, which later flopped.
Prophet Kankam was billed to speak at the prophesy conference but dropped out later for unexplained reasons.
Prophet Kankam, who commands a small following of young and elderly men and women, some of whom wear dreadlocks, was speaking at a press conference in Accra.
He warned members of the NDC not to do anything to change what God has planned, by not voting for President Mills in the upcoming congress scheduled to take place in Sunyani between July 8 and 10, 2011, since it could have serious consequences on the nation.
He also made weird prophecies to the effect that �Jesus Christ is waiting on Ghana to declare a 7-day fasting and prayers of repentance, which is a covenant with the God of Abraham for him to take over the world affair through President Mills and Dr Jerry John Rawlings as the life Vice President, but not those evil and wicked thieves, Europe and America in particular.�
He asked all those contesting President Mills to, as a matter of urgency, rescind their decision to do so in the interest of the country since Ghana had been called to duty to liberate Africa.
By her actions, Prophet Kankam claimed Nana Konadu intended to consciously or unconsciously pave way for the NPP to take over Ghana and protect satan�s presence on earth, warning, �She must not be allowed to look into the �royal soup� as she is poised to do.�
He subsequently advised Nana Konadu to stay in tune with the Mills administration�s �better Ghana agenda�. And that if she wanted an extra job, she should desist from perpetuating Satan�s presence on earth otherwise, �In the end, she will mourn.�
The prophet claimed he and one Evangelist Godwin Ohiro of Nigeria were the only prophets of God in the entire world, and therefore rubbished President Atta Mills�s hero, Prophet Temitope Balogun (T.B.) Joshua of Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) in Nigeria.
