Russian giants CSKA Moscow have launched a bid to sign former Ghana youth international David Annan. Annan, who turns 19 next month, has caught the eyes of CSKA manager Leonid Slutsky following his exploit with second-tier side Leki FC. CSKA want to take the youngster from Dagestan and give him a shot at top-flight action in the country. �He�s a great kid and we want to take a closer look at him and then we can make the decision. But we are very interested in him and hopefully we will sort out the details soon,� a source at the former Uefa Cup winners said. Annan was ruled out of the Ghana squad which won the 2009 African Youth Championship in Rwanda due to injury after been named in the provisional list.
