Ghana midfielder Anthony Annan is close to joining Vitesse Arnhem after Schalke 04 confirmed they have agreed a fee for his move. But the 24-year-old is yet to agree personal terms with the Dutch Eredivisie side for a season-long loan deal. He initially rejected a move away from the club he joined in January this year from Norwegian side Rosenborg. �It�s now the decision of the player whether he wants to go or not,� Schalke 04 General Manager Horst Heldt said. Annan has been told he is surplus to requirements at the club and must look for a club before the summer transfer window shuts at the end of the month.
