Vanguard Assurance Company limited has been inducted into the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIMG) Ghana Hall of Fame. The insurance company has therefore held a special thanksgiving service to God for making it possible for their induction into the CIMG Hall of Fame, Insurance Category. The ceremony, which was characterised by praises and worship by directors and staff of Vanguard Assurance, was also to dedicate the Hall of Fame award to God and ask for his blessings for the company to achieve greater heights. Vanguard Assurance, ranked among the best insurance companies in Ghana, is presently a one-stop composite insurance company underwriting all the major classes of Life and Non-Life Insurance. With 37 years of excellence in the insurance industry, Vanguard Assurance was inducted into the CIMG Hall of Fame at the 22nd Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG) Awards Night held in Accra. Speaking at the thanksgiving ceremony, the Chief Executive Officer of Vanguard Assurance Company Limited, Mr.Gideon Amenyedor, described the company�s induction into the CIMG Hall of Fame as a major milestone in the company�s history. According to him, the success of Vanguard lies in their ability to respond promptly and positively to growing and changing customer needs and other relevant environmental factors. The Vanguard Assurance boss said a strong management team and dedicated staff increased their market share, which contributed to the company ending 2010 with a healthy bottom line and a better balance sheet - leading to the success they had chalked up. Making the dedication on behalf of the company in Accra, Mr.Gideon Amenyedor said �with another gratitude and love, we appreciate our past and present leaders, dedicate staff, brokers, clients, agents and friends in the media.� He observed that the award has boosted their confidence to render first-class services to loyal and dedicated customers who have supported them over the years. Mr. Amenyedor noted that Vanguard Assurance is committed to enhancing its interactions with customers and introducing more innovative and socially responsible products to impact positively on society. He challenged other companies to emulate Vanguard�s example by making hard work and determination their hallmark. Vanguard Assurance presented citations to past CEOs, best insurance brokers and selected direct customers and agents of the company for the instrumental role they played in helping them achieve the feat. For the past three years, Vanguard Assurance has been winning the CIMG Insurance Company of the Year for its distinctive services in customer relationship, innovation and social responsibility initiatives - successes the Vanguard CEO attributed to the dedication and team spirit of the Company�s staff.
