WACKY Rob Hull has amassed the world's biggest collection of Dalek toys � but HATES Doctor Who. The 49-year-old has 571 models of the Time Lord's enemies, including a 6ft replica. Rob, of Doncaster, South Yorks, said: "I've never been a fan but I've been enchanted by Daleks since I saw one in a toy store as a child." The latest edition of the Guinness Book of World Records, out today, also features a woman with an afro haircut so large it could fit the world's smallest man inside. Social worker Aevin Dugas, 36, of New Orleans, has a barnet with a circumference of 4ft 4ins. It took 12 years to grow and requires five bottles of conditioner when she washes it. The Rev Darrell Best, of Illinois, US, built the fastest wedding chapel � by converting a 1940s fire truck which can do 62mph. Singer Christine Walton, 45, of Las Vegas, boasts the longest fingernails at a combined length of 19ft 9in. She hasn't cut them since 1990 but said: "I never made a conscious decision to grow them." Chanel Tapper of California has the longest tongue at 3.8 inches.
