The contents of the publication are completely libelous. Our client has by letter dated the 14th day of September, 2011 protested the content to �The Herald� newspaper. We have attached a copy of the letter for your attention. It is important to note, that the libelous material that you are hosting has been accessed and downloaded by our client�s business associates and friends in Ghana, the United Kingdom, the United States of America and several other places. It is causing grave damage to his reputation. There has been substantial publication of the libelous material in these jurisdictions.
