Harrison Afful�s Tunisian side Esperance earned a one-all draw at Al Ahly to qualify to the semi-final of the Caf Champions League.
The versatile full-back missed Friday night�s final Group B encounter in Cairo due to yellow card accumulation.
The result means the Tunisian champions finished top of the group on 10 points, while Ahly remained stuck in third place on seven points to crash out.
Afful, a key member of the Esperance side, will be available for selection in the semi-final clash against either Cotonsport of Cameroon or Al Hilal of Sudan.
Esperance are chasing their first continental silverware since 1994 and were losing finalists in last year�s final to TP Mazembe.
