Sarkodie To Release 'Azonto' Music Video

Ghana�s number one rapper, fast-talking Sarkodie says music fans will soon see a new video of the song that�s got everyone, both young and old, doing the Azonto dance, �You go kill me� on the television screens. The incredibly popular song, which features upcoming artiste, EL, has received massive air play on most radio stations and usually flows with a peculiar dance moves. Now fans get to add some visual to the song and Sarkodie, in his own words, promises that �it will be crazy. � Sarkodie fans will also not have to wait long for the release of his second album,Rapaholic. Well, that is if he can find the "Agyeeii" singer, Mugees of R2Bees. The Tema-based rapper, who is usually shy and reserved off-stage, in a chat with the soul sister, Jessica Opare-Saforo, host of the Brunch in the Citi on Citi FM, light-heartedly blamed Mugees for the delay of the album, which was supposed to have been launched in the USA a few months back. �There is this one song which is really giving me a problem and I think I need to say this on air. Mugees, you are really doing something to me, I need just one verse and that is why the album is taking so long. "But he (Mugees) promised he�ll come through for me today, so I�m praying it will happen,� Sarkodie stated. The album, according to Sarkodie, will feature some of Ghana�s hottest artistes, namely, Efya, Sharifa, Obrafuor, Tinny, Kwabena Kwabena, as well as Nigeria�s Ikechwuku and Jay-Z prodigy, Rockefeller rapper, Rell. In his response to fans, who sent several messages to the show, curious to know when another hit single will be released, the bemused rapper said, �I don�t know why Ghanaians always asked me this, just after releasing a song, they need a new one. "I must say, I�ve had a very busy year, performing and doing interviews non-stop. Since I came back home from my trip, I haven�t even been at home. I have not seen my room yet. �As if on cue, there was a surprise phone-in from Sarkodie�s father on the show, who expressed joy at his son�s successes and asked him to get in touch. Isn�t it always nice to see filial side of such high-profile celebrities? And for fans, who highly anticipate something fresh from �Baby� hit maker, Sarkodie aka Obidibi, said he has 15 songs ready to thrill listeners. Are we to expect much more from Sarkodie? You bet. The young rapper had determination in his eyes when he said �my dream is so big. I�m not even half way there. For me, the sky is the limit. �
