As they were alone, the accused lured the victim into a room and ate the kenkey with her. The prosecution said after they had finished eating, the accused defiled the victim making her to bleed profusely from the vagina. ASP Acquah said the victim went home bleeding compelling her father, Tetteh, to ask what had happened to her, and she disclosed her ordeal to the complainant and mentioned the accused as the culprit. She said the complainant took the victim to the Nungua DOVVSU unit and reported the case, where a medical form was issued and the victim was taken to the Police Hospital where she was admitted for two days and discharged.
