Henry Abossey To Revive Afrobeat Music In Ghana

Henry Abossey is undoubtedly the father of modern Ghanaian art music and perhaps the most distinguished and internationally known African composer. Although he isn't well known in Ghana, his works mark the beginning of an era of modern Ghanaian art music. The singer and composer will be attracting more fans to his new single which features Trigmatic titled 'Selfish'. Listen to Selfish by Henry Abossey feat. Trigmatic Musically, Abossey has refined the Afrobeat sound in Ghana. He seem to have embraced the whole political heritage of Afrobeat. He uses highlife, zouk and salsa in his music.
