Hearts Is Ghanas Richest Club Ceo Declares

Hearts of Oak CEO, Fred Crentsil, says his club is the richest in Ghana following the floatation of shares. Many described the clubs share floatation as a massive flop as it raised only 2.5m Ghana cedis from the projected 10m for the sale of 100m shares. However Crentsil insists the floatation was such a success that it now makes the Accra-based club the richest in Ghana.Hearts of Oak today is the richest club in Ghana, he told Accra-based Hot FM.We realized over 2.5m and no club, as far as I am concerned, can boast of such resources. That amount is even expected to rise after the club makes its other sponsorship package public in a few weeks time.We have lined up some sponsors which we will be announcing as soon as the new board comes in. For now all things are on hold until in a few weeks time when we have the new board in place, he added.
