A member of the NPP Communication team in the Volta region, Wisdom Dali, has described portions of the 2012 budget statement as misleading. In an interview with Citi News, Dali said the ministers of finance and roads deceived the nation when they included the Sogakope-Adidome-Ho road in the list of completed roads. Dali said that stretch of road has seen no works since 2009 and has challenged the sector ministers to prove otherwise. He said this is the second time government has misled the nation on the completion of that particular road. �Not a millimeter of coal tar has been put and portions of the road have not even been graded,� Dali said. �Culverts have not been done, bridges have not been done, so what actually informed the government to go and tell parliament and the whole country that they have done that road? �
