The National Petroleum Authority, NPA, is to investigate the current shortage of Liquefied Petroleum Gas in Sunyani, Kumasi and parts of Accra. Reports indicate that there are long queues at some gas stations in these parts of the country. Public Relations Officer of the NPA Yaro Kasambata has expressed surprise about the reports. He told Citi News, there is enough LPG in store and the authority will look into the reported shortage, and ensure that products in store are evenly distributed across the country. He indicated that �there are very appreciable stock levels of LPG in storage facilities in the country right now so if there is any shortage in parts of the country we have to investigate to know what exactly has accounted for it. �I can assure you that there is enough gas in the country, we don�t have shortage of the product in storage right now. �
