Pratt: If NPP Wants To Engage In Their Useless & Fruitless Propaganda; Why Draw In Other Countries?

Managing Editor of the Insight Newspaper, Kwesi Pratt Jnr., has slammed the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) for what he describes as a desperate attempt to propagandize President Mills meeting with the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon. Mr Pratt says he is downhearted by the NPPs attempt to pooh-pooh the President's visit. According to him, it is incredible that anybody can come to the conclusion that President Mills faked his meeting with the UN Secretary General, asking if the UN boss was some kind of deity and had all the solutions to all our problems. The NPP General Secretary, Lawyer Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, last week threw a challenge to President John Evans Atta Mills and his Communications Team to provide video evidence that he is currently domiciled in the United States for his annual leave. Sir John, as the NPP Chief Scribe is affectionately called, also raised doubts about the meeting between Ban Ki-Moon and President Mills, speculating that President Mills supposed two weeks leave was strictly for medical reasons, contrary to official correspondence by his aides to Ghanaians. But contributing to discussions on Radio Golds Alhaji & Alhaji program, Kwesi Pratt expressed disappointment at the NPP for seeking to capture power by peddling falsehoods all in an attempt to denigrate the president. He also expressed incredulity that the opposition could draw such conclusions just because the UN Secretary Generals website did not published information about the said meeting. More soon....
