Bolaray And Over 25 Celebrities To Raise Money For Charity

On the 17th of December,2011, the lobby of the Silverbird Cinema and Lifestyle store at the Accra mall will witness the biggest the celebrity charity event to take place this years as over 25 a-list celebrities gather to raise money for a noble charitable cause. This exclusive gathering will be on the invitation of ace radio and tv personality, Bola Rays's Empire Entertainment, BUZZGH, Creative Minds Outreach and Silverbird Ghana for the event, dubbed, "Celebrity Charity Bazaare;" an all day event aimed at raising funds to create awareness of autism in the country as well as contribute to the Zoezougo classroom project of the SOS Children's village in the Northern Region. On the day, the celebrities will be giving their fans a once in a lifetime opportunity to be served by the favourites superstars when they get to the counter to buy their popcorn, drinks, movie tickets and so much more. As part of the fund raising drive, selected artistes will selling their autographed albums to fans plus a special sale by MAKSI Clothing with a percentage of sales going to the charitable causes being supported by the event. Fans will also get the opportunity to meet ,get autographs signed, mingle and have photo opportunities with their favourite celebrities. Many other side attractions will also include a special kente weaving and christmas cards exhibition by the talented kids from the New Horizon Special School and the SOS Children's Village respectively plus a lot of celebrity surprises for fans. The over 25 celebrities billed for the event will include ghanaian international soccer stars, ex world boxing champions, A-list actors and actresses, radio and television personalities as well as the biggest musicians on the local scene. Some of the names that organisers have let slip by include, Bola Ray,Joshua Clottey, Jon Germain,Prince David Osei, Yvonne Nelson, Yvonne Okoro, Delay, 4X4, D-cryme, Lydia Forson, Helen Asante, Ruff n Smooth,Kojo Oppong Nkrumah,Nana Aba Anamoah, The One Show's PY Addo-Annan, Miss Ghana 2010 and many others. Also included will be some of the most celebrated and revered young entrepreneurs in corporate Ghana. The full list of celebs for the occassion is expected to be released before Saturday's event.
