She was kept for an extra night despite an Accra Human Rights Court's orders to release her on bail. Korshie Tehoda, husband of the top policewoman confirmed this piece of information in an interview during PeaceFM News@12. He revealed that though the wife is in good mood, she looks haggard. Implicated for the alleged role she played in the swapping of a cocaine exhibit at the Police Headquarters, DSP Tehoda had been in the BNI custody since December 29, 2011.
