Goran Stevanovic: Zambias Herve Renard Is Under Pressure

Ghana coach Goran Stevanovic believes that Zambia trainer Herve Renard is under a great deal of pressure due to the fact that he has worked with most of his players and knows their abilities. He said the Frenchmans worry now is how to hatch a plot against his opponents, who he knows so much about. Sometimes, its not so good when you know the quality of Andre Ayew, [Asamoah] Gyan and Sulley [Muntari] before the game, the Serbian said ahead of Wednesdays semi-final clash between both sides in Bata. "You can be afraid even before. I respect the coach, I respect the team. Our opponent is very strong, very disciplined and for us, it is a very tough game. Renard was Ghana assistant coach to Claude Le Roy in 2008 when the Black Stars finished third at the competition on home soil. Plavi, as the Ghana coach is affectionately known, also noted that he has studied the Copper Bullets and will plot against their strategies. We respect all teams but are always aware of our quality, he said. I know the Zambia team very well and I saw their tapes and we play differently, I can say. We will try to impose our style because definitely we have our style of the game and for us I can say it doesnt matter who are the opposing side, Stevanovic said.
