Konadu Shirts Out

REPORTS THAT former First Lady, Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings will contest the impending presidential election as an independent candidate keeps gaining currency as the days pass by. Daily Guide has chanced upon nicely printed t-shirts of the President of the 31st December Women�s Movement which have given the indication that she might contest the polls as an independent candidate. Last week, Daily Guide published the printed Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings posters for the December 2012 presidential poll which had been posted on some walls in Kumasi and other parts of the country. The nicely made t-shirts have a smiling portrait of Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings, who is wearing a head gear, boldly printed on them. It has the inscription �Vote 4 Sankofa, Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings, 2012�, written under the picture. There is a �Sankofa� symbol just like the one that appeared on the Konadu for President 2012 posters. The t-shirts don�t have the National Democratic Congress (NDC) written on them, just like the posters which emergence in the country raised some eyebrows among NDC supporters across the country.The Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings for President 2012 t-shirts don�t have the ruling political party�s symbol of the umbrella printed on them.
