One of Ghana�s finest and revered ministers of the gospel, Dr. Mensa Otabil has descended heavily on Christian business people who after failing to adhere to pragmatic business principles to grow their business, turn to blame the collapse of their ventures on acts of witchcraft from their family members, saying it is a defeatist backward mentality. Dr. Mensa Otabil, head Pastor of the International Central Gospel Church (I.C.G.C) and Chancellor of the Central University College (C.U.C), chastised Christian business people for employing prayer warriors to pray instead of attending to their business rather than employing qualified personnel to strategize for excellent business results. The Man of God who made these observations was addressing a three day spiritual empowerment summit for Christians and business people at the Calvary Charismatic Church (C.C.C) in Kumasi. Dr. Mensa Otabil who obviously was not enthused about the attitude Christian-people attach to growing their businesses, said �it is time to shun the mentality where we cultivate our businesses in small, small kiosks and shops, that is not the way we should go� he cried. He thus encouraged particularly the youth to dream beyond what they can see now and employ the services of proper chartered accountants to streamline all business transactions rather than relying on the services of idle people who parade as �prayer warriors�.
