Government has secured � 30 million from DFID and $ 6 million from the Danish government through its development agency Danida for medium and small scale businesses.
The Minister of State in Charge of Public Private Partnership, Alhaji Rashid Pelpuo who disclosed this to Radio Ghana said the priority of government is to develop the private sector to provide jobs to reduce the level of unemployment in the country.
On measures being put in place by government to reduce poverty, Alhaji Pelpuo rolled out the intervention policies.
