As part of this, it has designated, the coming Saturday, March 11, as ‘Customer Complaints Day’.

ECG must not be sold because it would have a deleterious effect on the GDP. However, ECG is providing poor service. Over 400 volts was transmitted into my modern home. There was power even in the main gate; several appliances were destroyed. So the has to be capacity building; better trained personnel, more intelligent managers. This shouldn't be too much for the Akufo-Addo administration. We ought to sell power in kilowatt hours.
