Deputy Minister of Education for Pre-tertiary Education, Hon. Alex Kyeremeh has given students and parents within the Techiman North Constituency yet another cause to rejoice.
The Minister, who is also member of Parliament for the area is organizing remedial classes to help over one hundred and fifty (150) Senior High School graduates who failed to pass all their subjects especially English, Math and Science.
The project code-named Operation go back to school is estimated to cost over Fifteen Thousand Ghana Cedis.
As part of the package, the Deputy Minister will provide Teachers, Teaching and Learning materials as well as refreshment for the facilitators.
This, rawgist.coms investigations reveal is the second time the Member of Parliament has done such a project.
Speaking to rawgist.com, Hon. Alex Kyeremeh nursed high hopes that the success of the first one will be tripled as several students are already jostling for places in the remedial programme which is absolutely free for them.
The first one saw many of the participants passing their exams and getting access to various tertiary schools across the country. I believe this one will break the success of the previous one, the Minister told rawgist.coms Bernard Buachi.
