The vice president is right but not 100% as language has its part but science and technology is the best for globalisation . All our West Africa neighbours are French so we must deal with that language very well so it is good call but science and technology is the best that we must challenged with.
to be competitive we must change our educational system and lay more emphasis on science and technology courses. It appears no government is prepared to do this for fear of losing power.Speaking french will never propell the nation higher.Japanise do not speak french,Germans do not speak french but becauseof technology they are very competitive. Thanks your excellency
fuuuuuuuulish talk. The modern world is being taken over by the internet and its primary language is English. Eddddiots!
