Suspects arrested in the murder of Captain Maxwell Mahama will be arraigned before court on Monday according to the Ghana Police Service.
The suspects were allegedly involved in the lynching of Captain Mahama on Monday 29th May, 2017.
According to the police, so far, 16 suspects have been arrested and will appear before court on Monday, 5th June 2017.
“The Police will collaborate to ensure that this canker of mob action is stopped. We shall therefore stop at nothing to deal with such perpetrators…” the Inspector General of Police (IGP), David Asante Apeatu said at a press conference, Friday.
