Popular Ghanaian prophet, Tony Boateng, was in Nigeria to minister in a church following an invitation from Dr Anene Nwachukwu, and the wealthy Ghanaian pastor was filmed asking churchgoers to pay a token so they can shake hands with him.
This happened in Nigeria yesterday, July 4, 2018, and it was narrated by someone who visited the church for the first time. This observer said Prophet Boateng did not say an opening prayer when he came to the pulpit but immediately dived into making prophesies about people's lives and asking them to pay to be delivered.
Boateng is seen at some point in a video shared online, saying, "With five hundred Naira come to me, come and shake me," and congregants rushed out of their seats to go and pay to shake the pastor.
He was later heard saying, "I call somebody to tap my anointing right now. Take two thousand Naira, come and put it here, and shake my hand. There's a lot of blessing taking place right now."
This time, members did not rush out like the first time. Only a few people went to the pulpit to pay and shake the pastor.

Integrity has been thrown to the gutter. It's a disgrace to him. It saddens me when I see these pastors fabulously rich whilst most of their church members are extremely poor. Massa when you go church these days the pastors don't preach anything that will transform ones life all that they do is to collect money from the poor congregants. They quote some scriptures to back their fraudulent acts. Once I have made up my mind to give a certain amount as offering from home, I will not be pressurized in anyway to add more. I'm not moved by the appeals they make. Guys shine your eyes else they will milk your pockets dry. As the number of churches and mosques increases, crime and corruption increases. There is a relationship to that which needs to be investigated.
The African blackman with no sense in their heads always being ***barred word*** by these pastors ;how can you greet somebody and prosperous ; why does not the Blackman think for himself -KWARAAA!!!!!; today the bible is used by these pastors to make huge sums of money and out dear brothers and sisters follow them ;what a sad shithole africa.
