I pity the one who said marriage is a choose. The bible says marriage is ordained by God so marriage is very important and needs to be cherish.
Infact, some of us from Osudoku are very much disappointed in Gloria for making it look like she is not from the area. Even our fist president was not ashamed of where he came from. The name Akuffo was adopted which she is very much aware of. Let ask her if they have a burial place at Akropong? Is for this reason we never voted for her the last time she stood as an mp for Shai Osudoku.
@ Gomido, Papa Akuffo never stayed at Osuwem even though that was where he came from. He stayed at Asutsuare near the Sugar factory, where he also had his schnapps distilling factory until his death. Pleae if you also care to know he has no roots at Akropong. SIS. Afua Ayongo should explain how they came by the name Akuffo.
Please tell us where the late Papa Akuffo and his father were buried? Was it on Osudoku land or on Akropong land? The late Papa Akuffo has no lineage tracing to Akrong. It is a fact you must know. Thank you
Massa; this tells you how smart the lady Akuffo is because she knew Ghanaians with their misplaced belief in marriage and non marriage and having children will ask this hypocritical and biased question and for your information MARRIAGE ONLY BENEFITS MEN ; why should a lady be forced into marriage if she is happy with having chidren but does not wish to marry because to me marriage is 'slavery' and what the bible says about marriage is irrelevant but the fact it is always the wish of women to have children ; today marriage is irrelevant; did not the deciples of Jesus have children and were they all married besides there are so many women in this so called marriage situation which benefots only men but does not allow these brilliant woman to go out there and do something good for their country .
@NA LIE The fact that late Papa Akufo as we call him stayed all his life in Osuwem Larno does not prevent him from having grandparents from Akwapim. I know her father very well by thte fact that her father was a close family friend to my late grand father. Please check your facts and stopp the pettiness
Hmmmm, women get money and they think getting a husband is an insult to their academic credentials. Instead, they chase other peoples' husbands, have children with them and they think that should take them to heaven. What moral example is this woman setting for young female lawyers. Why will she say that anyway? Maybe she's eyeing someone's husband again. Please married women, protect your husbands oo! ***barred word*** women like Madam Akuffo who have no taste for Heaven will drag them to hell for you.
She also claims her grand parents are from Akropong, which is a big lie to the vetting committee and the general public. She is from Shai Osudoku. The father and the grand parents are from Osudoku and the mother is from Asutsuare. She should tell the public how she came by the name Akuffo.
@kwabena ansah. the woman will sail through cos this is no vetting. with the NPP's overwhelming number of MPs you can call this a publicized rubber stamp appointment. the issue of marriage and kids was started by George Andah to humiliate Hannah Tetteh. it turns some of the NPP MP's are not angels. let the personal attacks stop. they won't lead us anywhere.
So you are proud of that? Who knows, I may even be the father of one of your children. Do you remember that night under the mango tree?
