The PNC General Secretary, Bernard Mornah has been explaining why he decided to go to the Supreme Court to seek interpretation to the refusal by the Court to review cases it has ruled on.
Mr Mornah argued that Ghanaians are entitled to legal rights and the right to seek review when they are not satisfied with the courts decision.
Speaking to Radio Ghana, Mr Mornah said his legal counsel is in court to file a motion as requested by the Supreme Court.
Mr Mornah also analyzed Article 69 (C) Section 5 of CI 74 as it relates to the petition in court and sittings by courts during public holidays.
