PPP Presidential candidate Dr. Paa Kwesi Nduom has accused members of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) of rejoicing at the demise of the late President John Atta Mills.
According Peace FM's Central Regional Correspondent Nana Sanka, Dr. Nduom noted that the NDC members have been feigning grief over the death of the late President but the party's leadership believes the demise paved way for them to retain the Presidency in the 2012 elections.
Addressing a gathering at Cape Coast, the business magnate urged residents in the region to resist the NDC and their deception.
"Mills was our kinsman and he became the President. Some people criticized and attacked him until he died. And some of the NDC people, themselves, thanked God that Mills died. Is that not strange? And after his death, they came back here to tell us to replace him with another person from the Central Region.
"...they go about provoking us that if Mills had not died, the NDC wouldn't be in government today...It appears as though they deliberately pushed him to the seat so they can commit their wrongs behind him," he said.
He further stated that the NDC is not genuinely committed to fulfilling their promises to Ghanaians.

we all know that mills did not dead a natural death but because of hypocrisy and dishonesty we pretend we dont know. we should all leave with our conscience.
that is a nice piece the truth will come out by and by.The death of prof.Mills will hunt them to their graves
An what did Ndoum do, did you curse God for the Professor's death? The Bible says in everything give thanks, for that is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. As for the truth, it is only God who knows it and until he decides to expose it, there is nothing you and I can do but give thanks.
Dr. Nduom you are very disgrace. I never expected such ***barred word*** comments from you. sorry and ask for forgiveness. anyway you wont achieve anything in politics so stop wasting your time in politics. your main aim is that there will be run off so that you sell your party to support NPP. shame
DR NDUOM U HAVE HIT THE NAIL RIGHT ON THE HEAD
PAPA NDOUM THIS IS WAY BELOW THE BELT. I NEVER THOUGHT YOU COULD GO THIS FAR. AM DISAPPOINTED. YOU ARE REINFLICTING A HEALING WOUND IN THE FAMILY OF OUR BELOVED LATE PRESIDENT. THIS IS BENEATH YOU.
Dr. Ndoum's own inconsistency is the result of his failure to become a president. He was moving from one party to another so how can people follow you? He is deceiving people including himself that he can win and form a government. How he is becoming childish like the others. Let us see if his lies about the former president's death will win hm one seat in parliament.
@sammy: This long comment of NONSE.NSE will not do you good. Better to be an investigative journalist to find out what you are seeking, than praying and hoping that what you suspect will be the truth. Sorry!. Both you and Paa Kwesi Ndoum whose mustache will soon, suffocate him are talking RUB.BI.SH.
Ask Koku Ayidoho he knows!!!!!
Finally Dr. Indoum has entered the gutter of dirty politics. He thinks opening the wound of the family of the late Professor will win him the votes from the central region? How callous can politicians be. I strongly believe that Dr. Ndoum is the only one who rejoiced at Atta Mill's death only to be disappointed latter when he didn't win the presidency.
