Managing Editor of the Insight newspaper, Kwesi Pratt Jnr. has lambasted critics of the Mahama administration, claiming the hardships of Ghanaians cannot vanish overnight.
To Kwesi Pratt Jnr., the Mahama government deserves credit for the good works it has done for the economy and Ghanaians.
Mr. Pratt touted some achievements of the Mahama government, stressing that the government has improved the health sector.
Speaking on Peace FM's 'Kokrokoo', Mr. Pratt however noted that every government is faced with some challenges and so it's not a novelty that Ghanaians are being confronted with some economic crises.
Commenting on the grievances of workers in the country, Mr. Pratt expressed no surprise that workers are demanding better living conditions from the government.
According to him, workers deserve to announce their plight for the government to revamp their living conditions but "the fact that workers are demanding improvement in their conditions of service doesn’t also mean that nothing is happening.”
“ . . it doesn’t mean that the government has done nothing. There’s no way to prove that all the hardships will vanish tomorrow morning when we give someone power. The question to ask is have we moved forward or are at a standstill or rather retrogressing? These are the critical questions," he stated.

KWESI Pratt , so when did you come to this realization ? You were all over the place complaining when NPP was in power now all of sudden things cannot change overnight . Your lack of standard principle(s)is what shocks me most about you .If you are ok with this kind of governance because of the booties your are enjoying from the NDC , an average Ghanaian is not and the same way you have a right to say everything is fine or ok so can any Ghanaian also express his or her view you have not right to stop anyone from doing so . If you believe in mediocre someone else does not .
Eiii Kwasi Pratt, also defending Mahama. During the NPP time, things were not as hard like this yet you sat on radio gold to say that things were hard. Now that the government has given you Toyota Land cruiser V8, appointment of government representative at National Media Commission, you keep on saying things are okay. Hypocrite person like you.
Since when did Kwesi realize this? You were criticizing President Kufuor left, right, center. Didn't you know then that it doesn't take a day for hardships to vanish?
ediot ***barred word***, no body should trust this nitwit
