The special voting exercise takes off Thursday 1st December, 2016 and the Electoral Commission has already indicated its preparedness to ensure a smooth process.
Over 127,394 special voters, made up of security personnel, electoral commission officials and the media, will be casting their votes at designated polling centers across the country.
Results of this special vote, according to the commission, would be declared together with that of December 7. The message was disclosed by the commission's Director of Electoral Services, Samuel Tettey, during a press conference.
In his address he noted that materials and centers for this special voting session, have been distinctly marked from the materials; and polling stations for the general elections on December 7, to ensure transparency in the process.
He noted that, all materials for the exercise have already been dispatched.

Mediocrity is happening in Mahama's government. EC is in bed with the NDC. Mere advice from Kim Moon is not what Ghanaians want. Peace is the twin-sister of justice and fair play. Almost all the other politcal parties do not trust the EC.
NPP should have used biometric locks(padlocks) to secure the ballot papers.
