Majority of special voters who could not cast their ballot on Thursday, December 1, 2016, have been given the opportunity to vote on Sunday, December 4.
This decision was agreed upon at an emergency Inter-Party Advisory Committee (IPAC) meeting held on Thursday evening.
Thursday's special voting was marred with anger, misunderstanding and disappointment as many security officials and journalists were unable to trace their names in the list submitted to designated polling centres by the commission, nationwide.
Due to the fact that most special voters were unable to vote, the EC in consultation with various stakeholders including political parties decided to give one more day to them (special voters) before December 7.

NPP beware! This and others are CLEAR plans by NDC/EC to rig the elections. They will create artificial problem to justify their rigging plans. Scrutinize the register and the names very well. EXPOSE EC and their EVIL WICKED plans. CHANGE IS COMING!
I can see the same thing going to happen on 7th December. Political parties should NOT agree for additional day after Dec. 7. If any additional day or days is/are added, it will open the floodgate for rigging. EC should correct ALL anomalies before Wednesday December 7.
