One of his chief desires, perhaps from ‘Allah’, is to see the National Democratic Congress [NDC] stay in opposition forever, but that wish has been swiftly prayed against by a leading member of the NDC.
Editor-In-Chief of the New Crusading Guide, Abdul Malik Kweku Baako, speaking to the issue of campaign promises and governance of the Nana Addo-led administration, opined that Ghanaians must forever maintain the ‘Elephant’ as the party in power.
According to him, achievements chalked by the NPP government compared to the NDC in less than a year is incredible – hence, they must be ommended for that.
The Veteran journalist on PEACE FM’s morning show ‘Kokrokoo’ was backing the Ashanti Regional Secretary for the New Patriotic Party [NPP], Mr. Sam Payne's claims that the NPP has delivered majority of its campaign promises within a year.
Sam Payne was of a view that, the restoration of the training nurses and midwifery students’ allowances by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo might cost the NDC’s attempt to regain power in the 2020 election.
Swiftly, Abdul Malik Kweku Baako said “I wish they [NDC] will never come to power again. They should never come to power again”, adding that, “Nana Addo has fulfilled his promise, he is courageous”
But the Central Regional Chairman for the National Democratic Congress [NDC], Bernard Allotey Jacobs in a quick rebuttal to Kweku Baako’s wish, stated “I stamp against it in the name of Jesus. God forbid”

EIII it pain you guys(NDC) ooo. you should think of 2032 if you can try and win that one, but for 2020,2024 and 2028, forget it. Nana all the way, this is visionary, decisive, bold and courageous leader, if we had missed him as a leader it would have taken another 50 years to get such a leader of his caliber movers and shakers of our world. Because most of the followers are empty heads, your main jobs are insults.
Tell Kwaku Baako; his Nana Addo is the most use - less President Ghana has ever had. A complete and so use - less to the extent that he has reduced his presidency to fanfares and jamborees in every worthless event. Very soon he will be going to inaugurate his bogus one student one chocolate concept. The writing is on the wall that he's leading the economy of the Ghana and its people into the land of abyss. From every indication it could be deducted that he has no knowledge of any economic theory let alone managing it. As Americans are grappling with Donal Trump's bulldozing style of leadership, so Ghanaians are reeling under the hatchet of Nana Addo and his henchmen. Sycophant Kwaku Baako, you've gone hungry for a long time and maybe this is your time.
Whiles Nana believes in investing in people(Free SHS, restoration of nurses allowance etc) John Mahama believes in stealing through physical projects. NPP's term is 4 years not 10 months.
Folks I can assure you that Mr Baako is not the only one with those sentiments. It should be clear to every Ghanaian that the NPP comes to build whiles the NDC comes to l00t and destroy. Now their argument is that the things Nana is doing are not sustainable Why not?If mass ***barred word*** of the national treasury is stopped why cannot the Ghanaians also have a share of the national cake?John Mahama simply superintended over massive corruption and wanton display of avariciousness.I have never seen any leader of our country as corrupt ,mean and totally inept as this man. What he wants to come back to do is what beats my imagination. If we were to treat this man with the same yardstick the founder of his party used to execute all those people Mahama and most of his assigns would have been shot, resurrected and shot again 200 times.
Comments are free; facts are sacred. You are free to have an opinion about Nana Addo and NPP but you are not free to have your own facts. The cost of interchange you mentioned was overblown by 600% and that was the main reason why the interchange was built so NDC politicians could make money from its construction and this applies to every action mahami and ndc took when in power. Now, before interchange, there was already a road network so building a new one was not an economic priority. Do you get that now? Its a real shame you claim you understand economics.

You are economically dishonest. You are not the only person who understands economics. Tell me which one project NPP has established in their 10 months rule which is viable. All the projects NPP is priding itself of are projects started by NDC. Now paying teachers, nurses etc allowances (are they projects that are self sustaining?) are a drain on the national coffers without any returns to sustain it. l hear students of agric are demonstrating to be given allowances. Very soon Poly students, university students etc willalso be requesting for allowance. you mark it.
I think the best way Kwaku can measure things is to counter every free money Nana gives by one infrastructural project of Mahama and lets see who will be superior in the end. Nana can keep sharing free moneys but in the end he will be asked to show or pin point what he built in Ghana. No wonder he Nana goes about cutting sod for Mahama projects.
Kwaku, Amen 1000X. These armed rubbers should never come near the corridors of power again.
