Hiplife artiste and comedian A-Plus has tasked Ghanaians to put pressure on the Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo government to end the frequent power outages (dumsor) in the country as soon as possible.
A-Plus, who is a key supporter of President Akufo-Addo and campaigned vigorously for the New Patriotic Party to win political power in the 2016 election, noted that Ghanaians deserve to hear from government when the power outages will be curtailed.
His comment comes on the back of the erratic power situation in the country lately which has left many areas without electricity for several hours.
“All those who believed that Nana Akufo-Addo and the NPP could end ‘dumsor’ and so voted for change have every right to demand that it ends as soon as possible. Don't give this government breathing space. Demand that they solve it. At least you have to be given a reasonable time when this will end. And like I said it has to be very, very soon,” he posted on Facebook.

U must think u are very good important. U can't incite pple to do your bidding to make urself important. U should have left ndc alone to do their job. Ebufusem
I doff my hat for you paddy. You are quite principled. This is what all of us should do. Whether it's NDC or Npp in power, we need to be on their tails to work for us. They are living in lights, so we also have to live in lights, after all we voted for them to get power to rule, and we need to enjoy with them.
