Asante Kotoko will begin their African club campaign in Senegal following the release of the Orange CAF Champions League pairings on Tuesday.
The Porcupine Warriors, Ghana's sole representatives due to the withdrawal of domestic champions Hearts of Oak will be away to ASC Linguere when the preliminary stage of the competition begins in February 2010.
The first leg clash in Senegal will be on the weekend of February 12 to February 14, 2010 for the first leg. Kotoko will host the return leg on February 28, 2010 at a venue yet to be confirmed.
The two-time African champions are yet to complete serving a two-year home ban handed them by Caf from using the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi.
The winner of the Kotoko-Linguere clash advance to meet the either Djoliba of Mali or Libyan side, Benghazi at the 1/16th round.
