Midfielder Emmanuel Frimpong has denied speculation he is set to leave the Arsenal in January for good.
The 20-year-old, who has 18 months left on his current deal, has however confirmed he would be joining another club on loan.
Frimpong broke into the Arsenal first-team squad last year and was then loaned to Wolves in January but a serious knee injury cut short his season.
The midfielder returned to action in September but has only played two games for the Gunners since.
"Subject to rumours am not leaving afc I am positive of going on loan this week which am really excited about and I am fully committed to afc," Frimpong wrote on his official Twitter page.
"And am not in my last year or looking to be sold just to clear matters thank you and going on loan to get games and cum back to arsenal."
Frimpong has been at Arsenal for the past 11 years.
