Ashanti Gold's coach, Bashir Hayford claims he is unafraid of getting axed by his employers.
The Miners have endured a torrid time this second half of the season with Hayford's head said to be on the blocks.
He said in a post match after tumbling 1-4 to Kotoko that "I am not afraid of getting sacked; coaches are hired to be fired".
The results marked AshGold's fourth successive defeat this term.
Hayford described his side's turbulent times as normal, claiming it was part of the game.
"We have had a stakeholders' meeting to identify the cause of our dismal performance and I think things will improve", he said.
